Neck Deep opens for Lil Wayne and Blink 182 for the 20th Anniversary Tour for Enema of the State in Austin, Texas.
Though Wayne threatened to leave the tour after one of the earlier performance, he seemed in good spirits as he performed at Austin 360 Ampitheater on August 1, 2019. He informed audience members that he “would not be shit without” them. He had the entire crowd from standing general admission back to the lawn seats engaged and moving their hands back and forth. Wayne walked out smoking a blunt to “6’7.’” Backed by a full band Lil Wayne performed songs from his diverse catalog including “Ms. Officer,” “Lollipop,” “Got Money,” “Bedrock,” “Go DJ,” “How to Love,” “Steady Mobbin,” and even a new “Old Town Road Remix.”
Blink 182 graced the stage with famous drummer Travis Barker sitting center stage. The band played hits including “Aliens Exist,” “Going Away to College,” “Don’t Leave Me,” “All The Small Things,” and “Dumpweed.” The night was filled with nostalgia as fans got the chance to see legends from two different genres of music.
