Upcoming: Scoremore Shows To Check Out

Scoremore shows is the most noted promotor for Texas based hip hop concerts and festivals such as JMBLYA, the upcoming Mala Luna Festival, and it’s newest addition ASTROWORLD Fest. With eyes for young fresh talent, Scoremore is responsible for bringing some of the hottest names in Hip hop and R&B to Texas stages. Here are some upcoming shows you should definitely check out! (in order of date)

  1. Denzel Curry known for his confrontational style of rap music is heading out on his TA1300 tour. The Florida rapper switched up his style on his newest album TA1300 revealing a more artistic and lyrical product that was released in 3 seperate parts. Curry will make his way to Texas stages October 18-21st. To check out more tour dates click here!

  2. Masego, Micah Davis is known for his unique genre of music labeled, trap house jazz. The Jamaican-American just released his debut album Lady Lady this past September. Masego will be stopping in Dallas and Houston November 1st and November 4th.Check out  the rest of his tour schedule to see if he’s stopping in your city.

  3. R&B group The Internet is heading out on tour for their recent album Hive Mind. The original duo was formed back in 2011 by Sydney Bennett and Matthew Martin and has expanded to become a 5 member band. The group layers soft serenading vocals over  funk, soulful, and melodic beats. The Internet was even nominated for a Grammy for their 2015 album Ego Death.   4. Freddie Gibbs of ESGN records dropped his fifth studio album Freddie earlier this year. Gibbs is noticeably influenced by some of HipHop’s greatest artists including Outkast, DMX, Tupac, Ol’ Dirty Bastard, and more. The artist stays true to the original style of hiphop wordplay as he expertly loads his verses making him stand out amongst a lot of names in the industry.   5. Derez De’Shon dropped his life-changing mixtape Pain in 2017 which received a deluxe edition earlier this year. Pain gives introspective to De’Shon’s life as he discusses his life struggles, hustling, living in the streets, and various types of relationships. The track “Hardaway” brought the Atlanta underground artist to everybody’s attention as it went viral eventually  landing itself on the Billboard Hot 100. De’shon is currently working on Pain 2 and will be headed out on his Beat The Odds Tour October 30th. The 30-city tour will land in Texas in December. Check out his tour dates here.

  6. Animé, most known for his debut single “Caroline” which made its way to the Billboard Hot 100 in 2017, is heading out on tour. His newest album OnePointFive which released in August of this year will serve as the basis for his Tour Point Five Tour. Find out if he is heading to a city near you!  

  7. 6lack who is responsible for one of the best albums to release so far in 2018, East Atlanta Love Letter,  is headed on tour. The world tour entitled From East Atlanta With Love kicked off in South Africa earlier this month and will make its way through Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Europe before heading back to the states on November 2nd.   8. Dreamville’s Bas has announced The Milky Way Tour kicking off  on November 6th in New Orleans. Bas came into the spotlight when he began touring with J Cole but his continuous release of quality music  including his newest album Milky Way has kept his name out there. Bas’ Texas stops are not until February but this is one artist on the rise you do not want to miss. Check out his full tour schedule here.
